Payment terms

You pay in three parts, so most of the money changes hands once you've met us and seen the car. If that doesn't suit you, ask for a payment plan of your own.
The usual plan
- 30%To bookPaid once you're happy with your day-wise plan. This confirms your stays and car.
- 50%On the day you arrivePaid on day 1 of the trip, when we pick you up.
- 20%When the trip is overPaid on the last day, before we drop you at your chosen point.
A payment plan of your own
Big group, long trip, or need to pay in a different way? Tell us on WhatsApp. We'll agree on a plan that works for both of us and write it into your trip plan before you pay anything.
How to pay
- UPI or bank transfer. We send the details on WhatsApp with your plan.
- For the payments during the trip, you can also pay in cash if that's easier.
- We send a receipt on WhatsApp for every payment.
What the price covers
Your plan lists exactly what's included and what isn't. Some things are paid at the actual price on the day, such as safari and entry tickets, camera fees, toy train and ropeway tickets. When we book these for you, we pass on the exact cost and add nothing on top.
If something changes
If you add a night, change the route or add people, we update your plan and the cost on WhatsApp first. Nothing extra is charged until you've agreed to it. For cancellations, see our cancellation and refunds page.
